North Central Regional Transit District – Service Plan 2008-2013

In May of 2006, the North Central Regional Transit District (NCRTD) was presented with a comprehensive Service Plan. This update is a continuation of the adopted 2006 Service Plan. Since the lack of stable local funds to support the NCRTD has yet to be realized, the plan is still relevant and continues to provide a clear and realistic path for success. This Service Plan is subject to review and adjustment as needed to accommodate the area and ridership demans.
